Reece Braggs- Part 2

I got the chance to meet Mike and Sarah's new son, Reece, a few weeks ago.  I was a little nervous going into the section of the hospital where he's staying, I wasn't sure what sort of obstacles I would come across and I definitely didn't want to get in the way of the staff or end up bumping into a piece of equipment or something.  Due to the low availability of light and the space confinements I really had to increase the ISO in order to not underexpose the shots.  Other than that things went really well and so far the proud parents are really pleased with the pictures of their new addition.

My friends Mike and Sarah recently celebrated the birth of their first child, Reece.  They've asked me to take some photos of the little guy during his first couple of months, as well as some photos of the two of them before he was born.  With their permission, here's the first installment of some of my favorite shots...

This weekend I grabbed my camera and went for a stroll in Jackson Ward.  I haven't spent a ton of time there previously, but since I'm trying to get around to shoot all of the districts of Richmond I thought this would be a good time to check it out...
