I entered a picture into the Photo District News World In Focus photography contest last night. I entered the amateur competition in the "Outdoor Scenes" category. There are some pretty slick prizes, so fingers crossed! My submission is below, it's one of the horses on our family farm.
I definitely want to start entering more competitions, I won third place a few months ago in the Virginia Farm Bureau’s annual photo contest. Not bad for my first contest, right? My entry was called "Nobody's Home".
Good work dude! I've always wanted to learn photography. I think I may buy one of those fancy schmancy cameras this black friday so I can take pics of Lucy and be the crazy cat lady.
